Barbara Cerda (she/her) is a proud Chicana, born and raised on Milwaukee's southside. She is a justice-impacted person with experience in community leadership + development, organizing, volunteerism, entrepreneurship, fundraising, and advocacy.  Her passion lies in uplifting the people of Milwaukee through various community-centered projects, which include running her own literacy and culturally centered programs, Barby The Book Fairy and La Revo Books. Barbara currently serves on the Board of Directors of Civitas Law Group and is excited to serve as an officer of the Board of Directors of My Way Out, as of January 2024.
