Rodrick Cureton
Board Director
Rodrick Cureton is currently the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Outreach Manager for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum. He also serves as president of the organization’s Diversity Leadership Council. Rodrick works closely with Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum human resources and executive leadership to create and implement effective DEI strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s missions and values. As President of the Diversity Leadership Council, he leads and supports a team of DEI advocates across the organization to foster an inclusive organizational culture where differences are celebrated. Rodrick also leads the Justice Reform Rotational Program for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv. This program provides job opportunities at Fiserv Forum for those who have been incarcerated in the city of Milwaukee. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he has prior experience in the NFL and NBA working with the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. To Rodrick, it is important for him to serve on the board of My Way Out because he is passionate about creating a culture of belonging and empowerment for all. Rodrick is always looking to make a positive impact in the city of Milwaukee through his work every day. Rodrick is also currently a board member of the Milwaukee Business Advisory and Employee Milwaukee.
