Bridging The Tech and Employment Gap For Returning Citizens

How it Works

My Way Out uses the most up-to-date technology solutions created by The Way Out, to establish real-time communication between returning citizens, reentry service providers, additional supportive service providers, and employers.

By using the latest technology, we establish a clear and concise personalized reentry plan for our clients who are then able to track their progress while accomplishing their personal and professional goals as they set off on their reentry journey.

JIJS My Way Out_edited.jpg
Bridging the gap between employers and Justice-Involved Jobseeker

By helping Justice Involved Job Seekers (JIJS) matchup with employers who understand the social and economic benefits of hiring from a “hard to employ” population, we can help bridge the gap between employers and JIJS’s, in industries that have more jobs available than viable job candidates

Do you have a family member who is currently incarcerated and within 18 months of being released?

My Way Out can assist with their reentry process.
